I used a small Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie packet. Mixed per the directions and used my power chef base with the whipping attachment to mix it all up. It took 10 cranks of the handle to get it mixed completely with no lumps. No electric. No fuss. And a very simple clean up.
I greased my stack cooker and cone and poured the batter in. Nuked it at full power (1250 watt microwave) for 5 minutes with the lid off and the results were a perfectly cooked, moist, and chewy brownie. It was fantastic! Imagine killing a fudge brownie craving in less than 10 minutes? Had I baked it the traditional way, my oven still wouldn't have been done preheating yet!
After about 2 minutes of cooking, my house smelled AMAZING.
