Here’s what we got for today. I listed the recipe to my juice in last nights blog. For the fruit smoothies, I ninja’d:
Overnight Oats - click here for the recipe
1/3 cup of blueberries (frozen)
1/3 cup of raspberries (frozen)
1/3 cup of whole strawberries (frozen)
1 banana
½ cup of fresh pineapple
That recipe made exactly the amount you see in the picture.
I have continued to make salads for my husbands lunch every day and he just told me that he lost 8 pounds from last week. He hasn’t really exercised, but he’s a mason.
His job requires physical labor. It was the eating that was making him grow bigger. So yay. We’re both losing weight. This motivates me even more to keep doing what I’m doing. As long as I do the prep work the night before, the actual blending and washing of equipment only takes me 5-10 minutes.
As far as surviving day 3, it
