Incoco, I love you

Are you an uber busy mom with no time to wait for your nails to dry? Looking for an affordable and practical way to keep your nails pretty without stealing money from the kids snack budget?  Then listen up!  Incoco is the coolest thing EVER! It's not a sticker. It's nail polish packaged in strips for easy sticker-like application. It's a base, color, and top coat in one. NO drying time required. I know it sounds too good to be true. But it IS!

I stumbled upon Incoco at a craft fair in December. I tried it and loved it. I didn't want to pay for shipping or order it online. So, I waited for him to come to town. He now has a kiosk here at Ward Warehouse right in front of the Ultimate Foot store. YES!!!  And just in time. I have an event to attend tonight and by golly I wasn't going with my nails bare and naked.

Cost: $10 per packet. Each packet holds enough strips to do a manicure and pedicure or two manis. Depending on application and nail length, you could very well make it last for more applications. The have the cutest designs and colors. Again, it is real nail polish so removal is the same as traditional nail polish.  They also sell a gel overlay coating that goes over the incoco nail strips which is actually much safer to use than traditional gel applications at a nail salon. Why? Because incoco nail strips are 3 free. They do not have formaldehyde, toulene, or DBP (dibutyl phtalate). The gel overlay doesn't sit on the nail bed. Nail salon gel applications layer the chemicals three or more times directly on to your nails.

They always run specials. Currently, the have easter colors and designs at half off ($5 per packet) and buy one get one free colors for Mothers Day. If you are in town and can go directly to the Kiosk, go. They guy there will HOOK YOU UP. I'm serious. He offers the same sales and discounts as the website and also throws in free sample packs for you as well. I just wish I knew his name.

Click here to see how to apply the nail strips. Or watch the video below. Application on all fingernails takes about 10 minutes. Longer the first few times you do it. Whats great with incoco is you can STRETCH the strip. Just be careful not to over stretch it, it will break off. So if a strip is just a smidge too narrow for your nail, stretch it a little and it'll fix that problem.

I absolutely love incoco. It's perfect for the last minute shindig or for people who love cute designs that don't want to spend a lot of money at a salon or time for that matter. LOL!!

In regards to durability and longevity, they don't chip off like traditional nail polish.  If you use the glitter blingy strips, like regular glitter polish, it will stay on there real good. You have to scrub it off with nail polish remover.  I have had no issues with chipping or peeling. It lasted more than 14 days on my nails. My tip: always start with clean and dry nails. Be sure to wash off any oils or lotions that may be on your hands or nails.  Use the buffer to prep your nails for application. The "scoring" on the nails help it to adhere nicely. And push back your cuticles.

If you have an open packet of strips with unused polish in them, seal it up real good. It is real polish and if you let it sit out, they will dry up and harden.

Try it, you'll like it!!

I was NOT paid to write this review. I just love this stuff!

Hi Kathy! I'm glad you love them. You got a gift box? That's awesome!!

For open packets of strips, to seal it REAL GOOD, use one of the sample packets he gives you. The ones that have two strips per packet. Use one of those strips to seal your open packet of nail strips. That will seal it nice and air tight to avoid drying out.

I was taping mine and putting it in ziploc bags to help seal it and after a few weeks, it eventually dried and became hard.

Enjoy!!
